Pursuant to the business combination, Opendoor Labs Inc., became a wholly-owned subsidiary of SCH, and SCH changed its name from "Social Capital Hedosophia Holdings Corp. II" to "Opendoor Technologies Inc." on December 18, 2020. Opendoor is a leading e-commerce platform for residential real estate transactions.
