The Company's Drug Services Division provides clinical trials and drug development services to pharmaceutical clients. On October 29, 1998, the parent company was incorporated in Nevada as American Communications Enterprises, Inc., and the parent company changed its name to Neogenomics, Inc., on December 14, 2001.
