Martin Midstream Partners L.p., a publicly traded limited partnership, was established in 2002 and focuses on the Gulf Coast region of the United States. The partnership operates in four main business areas: terminal, processing and storage services for petroleum products and by-products; onshore and marine transportation services for petroleum products, chemicals and specialty products; manufacturing and distribution of sulfur and its base products; and marketing and transportation services for natural gas liquids and specialty lubricants. With a vertically integrated service model, Martin Midstream has established long-term relationships with a diverse client base including major oil and gas companies. The partnership operates under a management agreement with Martin Resource Management, which has played a key role in its growth and development since its inception.
