LanzaTech Global, Inc., was established as a New Zealand limited company on January 25, 2005 as LanzaTech New Zealand Limited. On October 28, 2021, LanzaTech was re-incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware. Headquartered in Skokie, Illinois, LanzaTech converts waste carbon into materials such as sustainable fuels, fabrics, packaging and products. LanzaTech's technology platform uses a variety of discarded raw materials, highlighting a future where consumers will not rely on raw fossil raw materials in their daily lives.
