Largo Inc. was originally established on April 18, 1988. The company is one of the world's preferred vanadium companies, focusing on the production of vanadium pentoxide (V2O5) at its Maracas Menchen project in Bahia, Brazil, which is the company's only material project for NI 43-101 purposes. The Maracas Menchen Project consists of the currently operating Maracas Menchen Mine (Campbell Pit), including a number of other deposits under exploration throughout the project area. The company is developing and growing additional revenue streams from the deposit, including increasing its ilmenite concentrate sales, exploring the potential for future titanium dioxide pigment production, and commercializing iron ore calcined materials produced as a by-product of production.
