As an independent oil and gas exploration and production company, HighPeak's operations are primarily concentrated in the Permian Basin in West Texas, specifically the Midland Basin. This area includes Howard and Boden counties, as well as Scully and Mitchell counties (with less exploration activity) in the northeastern part of the oil-rich Midland Basin. The Company's oil fields consist of two core areas: the Flat Top area in northern Howard County and extending to southern and surrounding counties, and the Signal Peak area in southern Howard County.
