Globus Maritime Limited was established under the laws of Jersey on 26 July 2006. On November 24, 2010, Globus was re-registered in the Marshall Islands. The company is an integrated dry bulk shipping company that provides marine transportation services on a global scale. The company owns (or leases through financial leasing), operates and manages a fleet of dry bulk carriers that transport iron ore, coal, grain, steel products, cement, alumina and other dry bulk cargoes internationally.
