The company is a holding company engaged in various real estate businesses. The Company's business segments are: (i) leasing and management of industrial and commercial properties, (ii) leasing and management of mining royalty land owned by the Company, (iii) real estate acquired, entitled, primarily for multi-family, industrial and commercial or residential development and construction, either individually or through joint ventures, and (iv) ownership, leasing and management of apartment buildings through joint ventures.
