Finward Bancorp was incorporated in Indiana on January 31, 1994. The Company is principally engaged in the business of absorbing public deposits and originating loans, mainly secured by single-family residential and commercial real estate, as well as construction loans and various types of consumer loans, commercial loans and municipal loans, located in the primary market areas of Lake and Porter counties in northwestern Indiana and Cook County, Illinois.
