Full House Resorts, Inc., founded in 1987, is a Delaware corporation. The Company owns, leases, operates, develops, manages and invests in casinos and related hotel and entertainment facilities. The company currently operates six casinos: five on real estate they own or lease, and one on a hotel owned by a third party. In addition, the company currently benefits from two active sports betting sites, one in Indiana and one in Illinois.
