Based in Phoenix, Arizona, the company designs and manufactures inter-factory housing for distribution primarily through independent networks and company-owned retailers. It is the second largest builder of prefabricated houses in the United States, with evidence-based wholesale goods marketed under a variety of different brands. It is also a leader in park-type housing, holiday homes, systematic commercial buildings and prefabricated housing. Its mortgage subsidiary is a seller/servicer authorized by Freddie Mac Mae and Geely Mae to provide mortgages to buyers of inter-factory homes and modular dwellings. Its insurance subsidiary provides property insurance to owners of prefabricated homes.
