Euro Tech Holdings Company Limited was incorporated in the British Virgin Islands on September 30, 1996. Eurotherm was founded in 1971, formerly known as Eurotherm Electronic Control Instruments Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Eurotherm Ltd., a British listed company. It aims to distribute the parent company's industrial control instruments more effectively in Hong Kong, China and Southeast Asia. Later, in 1973, it expanded its business coverage to mainland China. Eurotech manufactures analytical instruments and test equipment for water and sewage treatment plants and environmental protection monitoring stations. Eurotech is based in Hong Kong, China, and its products are distributed all over China.
