IntroductionChina Natural Resources, Inc. was incorporated in the British Virgin Islands on December 14, 1993. The Company is primarily engaged in the exploration of lead, silver and other metals in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of China, and began trading copper ore in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2019. Since the Company has discontinued its other operations and its exploration activities have not yet developed into an income-generating mining business, its net income from continuing operations in the past three years was RMB 12.97 million (US $1.87 million) in 2019 due to copper ore trading activities.
