Century Aluminum Company is a Delaware corporation engaged in the production of aluminum. In addition to its main aluminum assets, the company also owns 40% of Baise Haohai Carbon Co., Ltd., a carbon cathode and anode facility located in China. The Baise Haohai equipment has an anode production capacity of up to 180,000 million metric tons per year and a graphitization capacity of up to 20,000 million metric tons per year, and provides a portion of the anodes used at its Glenda Tanki plant.
