Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. was originally established in 1969. The company is organized under the laws of the State of Tennessee. The Company is a public company and, through its operations and the operations of certain subsidiaries, is principally engaged in the operation and development of the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store (" Cracker Barrel ") concept. Each Cracker Barrel store includes a restaurant with a gift shop. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The gift shop offers a variety of decorative and functional items, especially rocking chairs, holiday gifts, toys, clothing and food. As of September 12, 2025, they operate 657 Cracker Barrel stores in 43 states and 68 Maple Street Biscuit Company stores in 10 states.
