Atomera Incorporated was incorporated in Delaware on November 26, 2001 as Nanovis LLC and changed its name to R.J. Mears, LLC on July 10, 2003. On March 14, 2007, the company was converted into a Delaware corporation under the name Mears Technologies, Inc. On January 12, 2016, the company changed its name to Atomera Incorporated. The company is engaged in the development, commercialization and licensing of patented processes and technologies for the $350 + billion semiconductor industry. They are now in the process of transitioning their MST towards commercial applications. They are currently in the qualification stage with leading integrated equipment manufacturers, or integrated component manufacturers, foundries. They also intend to market their MST technology, regarding the incorporation of their MST into the integrated circuits they design without production line semiconductor manufacturers.
