After the re-merger, the Company wholly owns MPU DE, which wholly owns FunVerse Holding Limited, a British Virgin Islands company (" FunVerse "). Funverse wholly owns Yuder Pte, Ltd. (" Yuder "), a Singapore company. Yuder operates FlexTV, a Singapore-based short drama streaming platform that produces English, Japanese and Thai dramas, which are also translated into different languages for users all over the world, including Europe, America and Southeast Asia.
