Dakota Gold Corp., incorporated on November 15, 2017 under the name JR Resources Corp., is now a Delaware corporation after a series of mergers and changes of registration, focusing on the acquisition, exploration and development of minerals in the United States. The company is currently in the mineral exploration stage and holds a series of mineral projects in the Homestake mining area in South Dakota.
