New packages are available for Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and FIAT, with Chrysler and Alfa Romeo to follow. The new system aims to provide enhanced value and clarity for customers.

Stellantis, a leading global automaker, has introduced a simplified two-tier connected services system for U.S. customers, set to begin in July 2025. The new offerings aim to enhance value and clarity for customers by bundling popular features into easy-to-understand packages.

The primary package, Connect ONE, offers essential features at no extra cost for ten years from the purchase or lease date. This includes over-the-air software updates, vehicle health reports, alerts, service scheduling, automatic SOS calls, recall notifications, remote lock/unlock via the brand app, a digital key for smartphone-based access and engine start (when available), in-vehicle games, EV charging controls and management tools, and basic navigation [1].

For customers seeking more advanced connectivity, Connect Wi-Fi PLUS is a premium subscription available for $17.99 per month. This package includes a Wi-Fi hotspot that connects up to eight devices on the go, advanced remote operations, stolen vehicle tracking, drive alerts, a voice assistant, connected navigation with real-time traffic updates, and Amazon Alexa integration [1].

The new packages are available for eligible new and used Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and FIAT vehicles starting in July 2025. Chrysler and Alfa Romeo vehicles will follow shortly after [1]. Customers can activate these services at the dealership, with Connect ONE automatically included with the vehicle and Connect Wi-Fi PLUS trials available during setup [1].

Stellantis' senior vice president of the software business unit, Cristiani Campos, stated, "We've been listening to our customers and simplifying connected services to give them more value, more clarity, and more control." The new system extends the duration of several safety and vehicle performance services, doubling the duration of vehicle health and service scheduling features from five to ten years and extending remote lock/unlock access from three months to ten years [1].

Canadian customers will see similar changes later this year, with Stellantis developing enhanced connected services offerings for additional markets worldwide [1].
