Stellantis reported Q1 revenue of €35.8bn, down 14% YoY. The company's sales are primarily driven by passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, with brands including Abarth, Alfa Romeo, and Peugeot. Net sales are geographically distributed across North America, France, Brazil, Italy, and other regions.

Stellantis N.V. reported its Q1 2025 financial results, with net revenues of €35.8 billion, a 14% decrease compared to the same period in 2024 [1]. The company's consolidated shipments fell by 9% to 1,217 thousand units, driven primarily by lower North American production and extended holiday downtime [1].

Despite the revenue decline, Stellantis launched three all-new models—Fiat Grande Panda, Opel/Vauxhall Frontera, and Citroën C3 Aircross—and achieved an increase in its EU30 market share by 1.9 percentage points compared to Q4 2024 [1]. The company also regained the second position in the battery electric vehicle (BEV) market, showcasing its competitive edge in the evolving automotive landscape [1].

The company suspended its 2025 financial guidance due to tariff-related uncertainties and is actively engaging with policymakers to mitigate impacts [1]. Stellantis approved an ordinary dividend of €0.68 per share for distribution in May 2025 and is in the process of finding a new CEO, expected to be concluded in the first half of 2025 [1].

In North America, retail order volumes stabilized with a 10% year-over-year increase in the Jeep® Grand Cherokee and Compass, as well as the Ram 1500 and 2500 [1]. In March 2025, new retail orders rose by 82% compared to March 2024, reaching the highest monthly level since June 2023 [1].

Stellantis' performance in South America remained strong, with a market share of 23.8%, an increase of 1.5 percentage points from Q4 2024 [1]. The Middle East & Africa region continues to focus on localization efforts to improve volumes in several markets in the mid-term [1].

Stellantis is also innovating by introducing STLA AutoDrive 1.0, a proprietary automated driving system, and strengthening its partnership with Mistral AI to enhance vehicle development and manufacturing [1].

The company's first half 2025 results are expected on July 24, 2025, and third-quarter shipments and revenues are scheduled for October 30, 2025 [1].
