Stardust Power has entered into a Letter of Intent with Mandrake Resources Limited to secure 7,500 metric tons per annum of lithium carbonate equivalent from Mandrake's Utah Lithium Project. The lithium chloride will be used to feed Stardust Power's processing facility in Oklahoma, providing a reliable U.S.-sourced supply chain for the company's battery-grade lithium carbonate production. The deal strengthens Stardust Power's position in the U.S. lithium supply chain and supports its plans for major construction.
