STAK Inc. announced the closing of a registered direct offering, raising $2.3 million through the sale of 6 million units at $0.38 per unit. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and 1.5 warrants to purchase one Class A ordinary share. The warrants are exercisable beginning on the second anniversary of issuance and have a three-year term.
