(Nasdaq: SNGX), a late-stage biopharmaceutical company, has priced its public offering of 5,555,560 shares of common stock and warrants to purchase up to 5,555,560 shares of common stock at a combined purchase price of $1.35 per share. The offering is expected to generate approximately $7.5 million in gross proceeds before deducting placement agent fees and other estimated expenses.
The warrants, with an exercise price of $1.35 per share, will be exercisable immediately and expire five years from the issuance date. The company has also agreed to amend certain existing warrants to have a reduced exercise price of $1.35 per share and an expiration date commensurate with the warrants sold in the offering.
