TEEPIN uses cryptographic attestation to verify the integrity of both hardware and software, while the platform layer ensures that applications and users can be validated without excessive fees or gatekeepers. This architecture, according to Anatoly Yakovenko, co-founder and CEO of Solana Labs, represents the “next evolution in mobile” by removing the need for centralized authorities to grant trust [3].

Hollyer also highlighted the broader implications of the Seeker, stating that it challenges the traditional mobile business model by giving users and developers actual ownership in the platform.
