SHCO--
Soho House has secured new funding for its go-private deal with MCR Hotels, after the investor failed to meet its $200 million funding commitment. The company has entered into a $50 million equity commitment with Morse Ventures, owned by MCR Chairman and CEO Tyler Morse, and MCR will commit $50 million in equity. Soho House plans to make up the remaining funds through increased unsecured note facilities, reduced equity commitments, and an amended rollover stock agreement. The merger is expected to close by late January.
