SOFI--
The distribution, effective as of August 14, 2025, will be paid on August 18, 2025. The ex-date and record date are both set for August 15, 2025. The SoFi Enhanced Yield ETF (THTA) was launched on November 15, 2023, and its inception date is listed as such.
The ETF aims to generate enhanced yield by holding U.S. government securities, including U.S. Treasury Bills and U.S. Treasury Bonds, and employing a "credit spread" option strategy. This strategy seeks to capitalize on the differences in credit spreads between various securities to generate additional income.
Investors should note that distributions are not guaranteed and may vary significantly from month to month. The distribution rate and 30-day SEC yield are not indicative of future distributions and do not represent the total return of the ETF. The distribution may include a combination of ordinary dividends, capital gain, and return of investor capital, which may decrease the fund's NAV and trading price over time.
The ETF is classified as "non-diversified," which means it may invest a larger percentage of its assets in the securities of a smaller number of issuers than a diversified fund. The Fund will generally have up to 15 credit spreads at any given time, with up to 25% exposure to a single equity index credit spread.
Before investing, prospective investors should carefully consider the Fund’s investment objectives, risks, charges, and expenses. A prospectus may be obtained by clicking here. Please read the prospectus carefully before you invest. Investing involves risk, and principal loss is possible.
