Swiss online marketplace firm SMG Swiss Marketplace Group AG plans to list on the SIX Swiss Exchange, marking Switzerland's first substantial IPO in over a year. The IPO, which will not include new shares, is expected to raise around 1 billion Swiss francs, valuing the company at 4.5 billion francs. The company, which operates property portal ImmoScout24, posted revenue of 290.9 million Swiss francs in 2024 and 161.5 million Swiss francs in the first half of this year. Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, and UBS are arranging the offering.
