Skydance Media has announced its proposed executive leadership team for Paramount, following the expected completion of its merger with Paramount Global. The team, led by David Ellison, will be structured into three primary business segments: Studios, Direct-to-Consumer, and TV Media. The team includes Jeff Shell, Andy Gordon, George Cheeks, Dana Goldberg, Josh Greenstein, Cindy Holland, Stephanie Kyoko McKinnon, Jim Sterner, and Melissa Zukerman, among others. The team includes industry veterans such as Jeff Shell, Andy Gordon, George Cheeks, Dana Goldberg, Josh Greenstein, Cindy Holland, Stephanie Kyoko McKinnon, Jim Sterner, and Melissa Zukerman, among others. The new team brings a wealth of industry expertise, visionary thinking, and a winning spirit to support a strong culture of innovation and excellence.

David Ellison, the future Chairman and CEO of Paramount, will lead the combined company. Ellison is known for his successful tenure at Skydance Media, where he oversaw blockbuster films like "Top Gun: Maverick." Jeff Shell, who served as the President of RedBird Sports and Media and previously as the CEO of NBCUniversal, will be the President of Paramount. Andy Gordon, a Partner at RedBird Capital Partners, will serve as the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Operating Officer. George Cheeks, a co-CEO of Paramount Global, will continue to oversee CBS and add McCarthy's cable network portfolio to his responsibilities.

Dana Goldberg and Josh Greenstein will co-head the film studio, with Goldberg also overseeing TV production. Cindy Holland, a former Netflix TV chief and Global CEO of Elisabeth Murdoch, will be the head of DTC, Paramount+, and Pluto. Jim Sterner, the current head of Amazon Entertainment HR, will lead Skydance and Paramount HR. Melissa Zukerman, a Principal Communications co-founder, will be the new Head of Corp Comm for Skydance-Paramount.
