Sky Quarry Inc. (NASDAQ: SKYQ), an integrated energy solutions company, has announced a strategic roadmap for its Foreland Refining Corporation subsidiary, aiming to scale operations to up to 800,000 barrels per year. The plan, titled "Path to Full Production," is designed to stabilize fuel supply across the Western U.S. and will be implemented through steady operations and targeted investments.

The "Path to Full Production" initiative outlines four key monthly production milestones: 45,000, 60,000, 80,000, and 100,000 barrels. Currently operating at 3,600 barrels per day, the facility, Nevada's only operating refinery, aims to achieve these milestones through operational efficiency improvements, workforce expansion, and strengthened supply chain relationships.

The plan also includes incorporating recycled heavy oil capabilities from waste materials sourced from PR Spring, a key part of Sky Quarry's waste-to-energy strategy. Infrastructure upgrades, maintenance frameworks, and crude supply contracts are essential components to ensure safe, uninterrupted operations.

Sky Quarry's strategic roadmap for Foreland Refining represents a significant operational and financial opportunity. By scaling operations to 800,000 barrels annually, the company aims to boost revenue and strengthen regional energy infrastructure.

Sky Quarry's latest quarterly results, released on May 15, 2025, showed mixed performance. The company generated $6.3 million in Q1 2025 revenue, marking a 50% increase from Q4 2024 but down from $11.0 million in Q1 2024. The company reported a net loss of $3.3 million, wider than the $2.5 million loss in Q1 2024. Key developments include signing LOIs with R & R Solutions and Southwind RAS for potential partnerships that could access over 1.5 million tons of asphalt shingle supply annually [1].

The company's success hinges on converting these LOIs to binding agreements, completing PR Spring upgrades, and successfully increasing Foreland's throughput to improve margins and reduce cash burn.
