Sinclair Inc. has appointed Narinder Sahai as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (EVP and CFO), effective immediately, replacing Lucy Rutishauser [1]. Sahai brings over two decades of financial leadership experience from various companies, including Arcis, RumbleOn, and Amazon's AWS.
Prior to joining Sinclair, Sahai served as CFO at Arcis, a leading leisure and hospitality operator, where he led financial planning, accounting, tax, treasury, and debt investor relations. He also held similar roles at RumbleOn, Inc., and Target Hospitality Corp., where he managed investor relations and capital markets activities. Additionally, Sahai has extensive experience in technology, having served as Head of Worldwide Go-to-Market Finance for Compute and AI/Machine Learning services at Amazon's AWS.
Rutishauser, who will step down as CFO, will continue as Executive Vice President to support the transition before retiring later this year and taking on a senior advisor role.
Sahai's appointment comes at a critical time for Sinclair, as the company looks to advance its commercialization strategies around ATSC 3.0 technology and deliver long-term value to stakeholders. His strong background in financial planning, accounting, and technology expertise positions him well to guide Sinclair through its next phase of growth.
