Silvercorp Metals CFO Derek Liu Retires, Winnie Wang Appointed Interim CFO

Silvercorp Metals CFO Derek Liu has retired effective November 10, with Winnie Wang appointed as Interim CFO. Liu will continue to assist the company in a consulting capacity. Wang has over 15 years of leadership experience in corporate finance, accounting, and treasury planning. Lei Wu was also appointed as Corporate Controller, with responsibilities including financial reporting, financial planning, and treasury functions.
