APEC has upgraded and expanded its technology and design flows with Silvaco's technology solutions, including Victory Device 2D simulation tools and Gateway and SmartSpice. The partnership aims to accelerate APEC's development of silicon carbide power devices and optimize device performance and time-to-market.
