Sight Sciences has secured a court order against Alcon, preserving the jury's verdict of willful infringement and awarding $34 million in damages. The order also includes an ongoing royalty of 10% of Hydrus revenue until November 2028. Cooley LLP represented Sight Sciences in the litigation, which was filed in 2021 and asserts infringement of three Sight Sciences patents. The final judgment is subject to appeal.
