Shopify Sets New Record for Holiday Sales with $14.6 Billion in Black Friday-Cyber Monday Weekend Sales

Shopify reported a record $14.6 billion in holiday sales, a 27% increase from last year, with over 81 million customers making purchases. The US, UK, Australia, Germany, and Canada led sales, and cross-border orders accounted for 16% of global volume. Shop Pay usage surged 39% year-over-year, and the company tracked over 136 million packages via the Shop App. Shopify expects Q4 revenue growth to be in the mid-to-high twenties percentage rate.
