Shineco has entered a strategic cooperation agreement with BICC to promote the implementation and redemption of "on-chain cell assets" across multiple institutions and scenarios. The partnership will advance the RWA ecosystem from technical integration to real-world application, with a focus on standard-setting, compliance coordination, and scenario exploration. Shineco's compliant mesenchymal stem cells will be integrated into BICC's iPSC stem cell storage services, allowing users to redeem "Cell Reimbursement Vouchers" in designated scenarios.

Shineco Inc. has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Singapore-based BICC Pte Ltd to promote the implementation and redemption of "on-chain cell assets" across multiple institutions and scenarios. This partnership marks a significant advancement in the real-world asset (RWA) ecosystem, transitioning from technical integration to practical deployment [1].

The collaboration will focus on standard-setting, compliance coordination, and scenario exploration to transition the project from "technical feasibility" to "verifiable applicability." Shineco's compliant mesenchymal stem cells will be integrated into BICC's iPSC stem cell storage services, enabling users to redeem "Cell Reimbursement Vouchers" in designated scenarios [2].

Under the cooperation framework, Plus Me Limited will provide full-lifecycle digital management for Shineco's compliant mesenchymal stem cells on the Ethereum mainnet, generating "digital identities" and issuing ERC-1400/ERC-20 standard "Cell Reimbursement Vouchers." BICC's iPSC stem cell storage services will be integrated into Shineco's blockchain system, allowing users to redeem their vouchers in designated BICC scenarios [3].

Offline support will be established through a "storage + reinfusion" network, with Shineco acquiring Xi'an Dong'ao Health and BICC's distribution network serving as extended nodes. This addresses inefficiencies in traditional cross-regional cell service circulation. Additionally, BICC's clinically validated wound-healing solutions, serum-free media patents, and other technologies will synergize with Shineco's extracellular vesicle-derived products business, enhancing the technical endorsement of on-chain assets [1].

Shineco will focus on cell quality and offline network standardization, while BICC will emphasize user services and scenario integration. Both parties will collaborate with technical partners to adapt on-chain modules and compliance tools, ensuring all initiatives strictly adhere to local regulations and internal risk controls [2].

The partnership aims to build a decentralized biological cell marketing ecosystem, with Shineco assuming full responsibility for cell quality, Plus Me ensuring on-chain compliance, and BICC contributing its scientist team and medical resources to standardize cell assets. Jennifer Zhan, CEO of Shineco, stated that the collaboration will explore verifiable application paths within a compliance framework, transitioning Shineco from a single technical service provider to a global cell economy infrastructure provider [3].
