ServiceNow is acquiring Veza for over $1 billion to strengthen its AI Control Tower and security business, and is targeting a broader ambition to create an end-to-end platform for the future of work through a well-funded, calculated roll-up strategy. The company has recently acquired Moveworks and Logik.io to enhance its conversational AI and expand into the CRM market, with a goal to challenge established software leaders. This acquisition spree is designed to accelerate internal momentum, which includes its Now Assist generative AI offerings on pace to exceed $500 million in ACV in 2025.
