Senseonics Takes Control of Eversense 365 Commercialization and Distribution from Ascensia Diabetes Care

Senseonics Holdings has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Ascensia Diabetes Care to take over commercialization and distribution of Eversense 365 CGM. Ascensia will transfer all global sales, marketing, and commercialization to Senseonics starting January 1, 2026. Brian Hansen will be appointed Chief Commercial Officer. A non-dilutive debt facility has been expanded to $100 million with Hercules Capital to fund the commercial organization.
