Seer, Inc. has adopted a tax benefit preservation plan to protect its $262 million net operating loss carryforwards and other tax assets. The plan aims to prevent substantial impairment of these assets in the event of an "ownership change" under Section 382 of the Internal Revenue Code. The company will submit the plan to its shareholders for ratification at its 2026 annual meeting.
