Seagate CFO Discusses Q3 Results and Cloud Qualifications at Citi Conference

Cushman & Wakefield has announced the appointment of Jordan McCarley as Executive Vice Chair in the Carolinas Institutional Multifamily Advisory team. McCarley brings nearly 20 years of experience in multifamily investment advisory services, having been involved in the disposition of over 700 transactions valued at more than $20 billion. He will lead the Carolinas Multifamily team alongside Blake Okland, Paul Marley, and Alex McDermott.

Cushman & Wakefield has announced the appointment of Jordan McCarley as Executive Vice Chair in the Carolinas Institutional Multifamily Advisory team. McCarley brings nearly 20 years of experience in multifamily investment advisory services, having been involved in the disposition of over 700 transactions valued at more than $20 billion. He will lead the Carolinas Multifamily team alongside Blake Okland, Paul Marley, and Alex McDermott.

McCarley began his career with a Cushman & Wakefield legacy company and rejoins the firm as part of the Carolinas Institutional Multifamily team’s industry-leading platform in the Carolinas. He expressed his excitement about re-joining the firm, stating, “With the firm’s commitment to growing its multifamily advisory business in the Sunbelt and across its platform, it’s an extraordinary opportunity. Cushman & Wakefield’s Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group, which includes McCarley, is an 85-person investment sales team covering 14 states. The group holds the No. 1 multifamily market share in the region based on sales volume and transactions reported to CoStar. In 2024, the group closed $5 billion in sales volume through 172 deals and 28,000 units.
