SEACOR Marine reported Q4 2025 revenues of $52.3mln, down 25% from Q4 2024 and 11.6% from Q3 2025. Operating loss was $5.2mln, and direct vessel profit was $9.7mln. Net loss was $14.6mln, compared to a net loss of $26.2mln in Q4 2024. The company attributed the lower revenues to fewer available days due to vessel sales and lower utilization for liftboats.
