SciSparc, a pharmaceutical company, announced that NeuroThera Labs, in which SciSparc holds a 75% stake, has entered into a non-binding term sheet with an Israeli quantum computing bio data company. NeuroThera will acquire a 55% equity interest in the target company in exchange for issuing 40% of its share capital. The deal is subject to further negotiations and due diligence.
