SBC Medical Group Holdings Incorporated (Nasdaq: SBC) has announced the acquisition of MB career lounge, Co., Ltd., a privately-held provider of management support services for medical institutions in Japan. The transaction includes the integration of JUN CLINIC, a network of clinics offering aesthetic dermatology and plastic surgery services. This acquisition aims to expand SBC Medical's clinic network, diversify its services, and strengthen its competitive position in the growing Japanese aesthetic medicine market.

The acquisition took place on July 17, 2025, through a share purchase transaction for cash consideration. The deal is expected to contribute to portfolio diversification and enhance revenue stability for SBC Medical. JUN CLINIC, operated by Medical Corporation Misakikai and supported by MB career lounge, will join SBC Medical’s clinic network, bringing with it a robust and scalable business model.
