Sasol Limited rose 4.45% in after-hours trading, following the announcement of a virtual power purchase agreement (VPPA) with Akuo. This agreement will deliver 91 megawatts, or 250,000 megawatt hours, annually of renewable energy capacity, which is approximately 50 percent of the annual electricity consumption at Sasol’s Lake Charles location. This news aligns with the company's commitment to reducing its greenhouse gas emissions.
