However, despite the high trading volume, SAP's stock price experienced a decline of 2.78%.SAP recently introduced several new features in SAP Datasphere, enhancing its capabilities and flexibility. One notable update is the ability to reuse a single source object in multiple replication flows, which was previously restricted to a single flow. This enhancement allows for greater reusability and efficiency in data management.
Additionally, SAP has expanded the target options for replication flows to include Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) with load types 'initial only' and 'initial and delta'. This update supports various file formats such as parquet, JSON, and CSV, providing users with more flexibility in data replication.
For Confluent Kafka sources, SAP has introduced array support, enabling users to expand arrays or maps when reading from Confluent topics. This feature allows for more precise schema properties and custom opcode columns and values, enhancing data extraction and management.
SAP has also enhanced its task scheduling feature, allowing tasks to be set at 5-minute intervals. This update offers greater flexibility and precision in task management, enabling users to better control and optimize their workflows.
In terms of data partitioning, SAP has introduced local table partitioning with hash partitioning. This feature allows users to define partitions based on one or several columns of their table, breaking data down into smaller and more manageable parts. Users can now choose between range partitioning or hash partitioning, depending on their specific needs.
