SanDisk Q1 Earnings Surge: Revenue Up 23%, NAND Demand Outstrips Supply

SanDisk Corporation reported a 21% sequential and 23% YoY revenue increase to $2.308 billion for Q4 2025. Gross margin rose to 29.9%, operating profit surged 145% sequentially to $245 million, and net income jumped 331% sequentially to $181 million. NAND bit shipments grew 15%, and average selling prices increased by a mid-single-digit percentage. The company expects the data center market to become the largest for NAND flash by 2026.
