Sandisk Launches 256TB1 NVMe SSD With UltraQLC Technology at FMS 2025

Sandisk has unveiled its latest breakthrough at the Flash Memory Summit (FMS) 2025 with the introduction of the 256TB1 NVMe™ enterprise SSD, the highest-capacity enterprise SSD to date. The company also announced that the SANDISK®️ SN670 128TB1 NVMe™ SSD and the 256TB1 NVMe™ SSD will be available in U.2 form factor in the first half of 2026, with additional form factors to follow later in the year [6].
