Salesforce.com (CRM.US) and Google (GOOG.US, GOOGL.US) have entered into a multi-billion dollar partnership to enhance AI and cloud integration.
On Monday, Salesforce (CRM.US) announced a long-term partnership with Google (GOOG.US, GOOGL.US) worth billions of dollars, integrating deeply in areas such as customer relationship management (CRM) software, Agentforce AI assistant, and Data Cloud solutions, and connecting seamlessly with Google Cloud.
The partnership will further strengthen the integration of Google Workspace with Salesforce's AI-powered CRM tools, providing shared customers with more powerful AI models, data analytics, and intelligent agent (Agentic AI) features. Although Salesforce currently relies mainly on Amazon's (AMZN.US) AWS cloud computing services, this move undoubtedly deepens its cooperation with Google in the cloud computing field. According to media reports, the total value of the agreement is $2.5 billion, with a seven-year cooperation period.
As the news was released, Google Cloud recently also announced a partnership with ServiceNow (NOW.US) to provide IT service management and security solutions on the Google Distributed Cloud platform.
Moreover, Salesforce plans to announce its fourth-quarter 2025 financial results after the US stock market closes on Wednesday. Market analysts expect its adjusted EPS to be $2.61 and revenue to be $10.04 billion.
