Salesforce to Boost AI Automation with Regrello Acquisition by 2026
Salesforce (CRM.US), a global leader in customer relationship management, has recently signed an agreement to acquire Regrello, an AI-native solutions provider. The company aims to integrate Regrello's technology into its Agentforce and Slack platforms, enhancing its capacity for intelligent process automation.
The specific terms of the deal have not been disclosed. According to a statement issued on Monday, the acquisition is expected to close in the third quarter of Salesforce's fiscal year 2026. This transaction is not anticipated to affect Salesforce's earnings forecast for 2026, as the purchase will be funded from the company's existing cash reserves and will not hinder its capital return plans.
Aman Naimat, the CEO of Regrello, expressed that the founding goal of Regrello was to eliminate efficiency barriers in corporate work environments.
