Salesforce's AI Agentforce Drives Needham's $400 Target
Investment firm Needham has given SalesforceCRM-- (CRM.US) a "buy" rating and set a target price of $400, as the company is showcasing its AI agent, AgentforceCRM--, during its global roadshow. Needham believes that Salesforce has demonstrated "comprehensive innovation" to its clients through this exhibition.
Analyst Scott Berg noted that while Salesforce currently has real-time agents in five product categories, customer service accounts for 87% of current use cases. Therefore, Salesforce is adding new scheduling and human resources features to its customer service agents. However, most of the innovations are focused on creating a true platform for agents, including enhanced integration capabilities, multi-channel/multi-mode services, and improved AI testing functions. In particular, Berg believes that the new AI feedback function is crucial for large-scale optimization of agents.
Berg added that the newly launched testing center and the agent interaction module in the pilot phase will further enhance the AI feedback loop. This development is seen as a significant step forward in Salesforce's AI capabilities, as it aims to provide a more comprehensive and innovative solution to its clients.
