Saga Communications Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.25 per Share

Saga Communications has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share, to be paid on March 20, 2026, to shareholders of record on February 26, 2026. The dividend will be funded by cash on the Company's balance sheet and is part of its overall capital allocation plan for fiscal year 2026. The Company currently intends to declare regular quarterly cash dividends and may also implement stock buybacks and declare special dividends in the future.
